medullary sponge kidney: collecting duct가 늘어남

urolithiasis: radiopaque 90%

renal cell carcinoma

isogenous(pre), high(a), less(v)

simple cyst: sharp margin, round or ovoid shape, no internal echo, posterior echo enhancement

benign renal tumor

angiomyolipoma: 혈관 +muscle +fat, fat의 특성이 두드러짐, US 상 증가, CT 상 감소

adenoma

renal cell carcinoma: cortex에서 생기는 mass 90%

transitional cell: calyx에서 proximal urethra까지
